I found the information about the charger to be irrelevant at that point.

but if you already have an electric scooter and want a new battery charger thing, then there you go. But in that case, they should just sell the charger, not the scooter...unless you want to fix up the scooter yourself...
How much were they asking? I've been known to buy broken things, fix them, and turn around and sell them for a profit...
